Sometimes you don’t need another training or course—you need a trusted professional to help you think through what’s next.

One-to-one mentorship provides personalized support for mental health professionals navigating career decisions, professional growth, leadership, workplace challenges, private practice, or transitions within the field. Together, we’ll identify your goals, work through challenges, and create practical next steps that fit where you are in your professional journey.

  • Practical support focused on helping you move from feeling uncertain or stuck to having greater clarity and direction.

    Looking for Free Mentorship?

Join me each month for 2 FREE mentorship meetings (2.5 hours total!): one virtual meet-up and one in-person meetup in San Antonio, Texas. These gatherings are designed to provide mentorship, connection, and professional support for mental health professionals at every stage of their career. My hope is that finances never become a barrier to receiving guidance, encouragement, and access to a community of peers. Because we typically meet in a coffee shop and welcome new attendees each month, these gatherings are not for discussing client cases, confidential information, or formal consultation. Instead, we focus on professional growth, private practice questions, career development, leadership, and/or navigating the realities of our profession together. Subscribe to the newsletter to stay up to date on upcoming dates, locations, and meeting details.
