This group is alos helpful if you’re in your first year of business and are struggling. You realize you don’t have the right systems or business basics and need to create a better foundation for your private practice.
This private practice program details a step by step checklist to be sure you’re building a solid business foundation. Your practice requires planning beyond just being a good clinician. Business planning is key to any successful business.
The bi-monthly, live, virtual meetings review different foundational and growth topics for running a solo private practice. Each month you are taught key concepts and applications for running your private practice. We look into topics like finding the right internal systems, setting your rates, deciding on insurance types, defining your mission statement, vision and values and plenty more! If the live course is too expensive, I get it. I was on a tight budget once too- but remember, you get what you put in.

If you have already launched your private practice, decided on a name, are seeing clients and are up and running your businessm this group is for you. This group surrounds you with fellow private practice owners who just need a little more support.
The monthly virtual meetings sharpen your business practices and looks at ways to sustain and grow your solo private practice. Each month you are coached by both the Counselors Mentor and your peers on business basics for growing your private practice. Accountability, hot seats and learning from peers is key to this group.
